Refund Processing

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all pets, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Health & Care Products: Aging Care supplements, Brain Health products, and any opened health-related items for safety reasons
- Personalized Items: Custom bandanas or personalized accessories
- Opened Food Products: Air-dried food and any opened consumable products
- Intimate Pet Items: Used boots, shoes, or any hygiene-related products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please ensure proper customs documentation
