To start, please place neck of harness and fasten it on your blind dog at the back of the head behind the ears. Do not place it any further back. Then fasten it around the girth area. Harness needs to be a snug fit, not loose.

Insert halo ends into silver holes in front of the wing. The ends of halo must be oriented face down in the back of the wing.

Wrap halo ends completely with fuzzy fastener strips in the back of wing (like a bandage around a finger). This will hold it sturdily in place.

When placing the wing on the harness neck portion, please open U of wing neck wide to make sure both the hard fuzzy fastener on the wing and soft fuzzy fastener on the harness collar connect completely. There must be no gaps between the wing and harness. The wing needs to be placed right at the back of the dog’s head (like a propped-up pillow).

When the wing is in place, the halo in front should be straight across/ahead at upper eye level (like a visor). The halo is flexible to adjust. If you wish to have the halo more rounded, please stand over your dog and place your hands on both sides of halo and pull outward to round it out. If you wish to make the halo more narrow, simply push in the halo on the sides.
If the vest starts to slide, please put a T-shirt or sweater on you blind dog underneath the vest to hold it snugly in place.
For the wing and harness, wash in a cold water, delicate cycle or hand wash and lay flat to dry. Do not use any bleach. Do not put in the dryer. Clean the halo part with a damp cloth.
